3rd Anniversary Auction a sinful success!
The third annual SDD Anniversary Auction has come and gone, and with it we at SDD got the chance to meet with friends old and new, and gave away many great designs. We want to thank all the designers who donated to the auction, our staff who helped to make the event run smoothly, and especially our members who have made SDD such a success! We look forward to seeing you at our next event.
August Auction announced!
A perfect segue if I do say so myself! When? August 28th at 8 p.m. EST. Where? chatsuites.com in the SDD room. This is an GAN 1-500. Deadly Sins will be allowed, except for special rounds as announced by precious. There will be 50+ designs given away at the event, along with special designer coupons. Be sure to arrive early and stay late!

SDD is looking to showcase some awesome talents as our guest designers. For those interested in stepping up to the challenge, and accepting the honor of filling these spots please contact precious through pm, or via precious.girl-@hotmail.com. She is eager to hear from you!
Pure Insanity is SDD's newest part-time designers!
We are pleased to announce that the talented Pure Insanity has become are newest part-time designer! You may have seen her work as she was a guest designer and has donated to our monthly auctions before, and now she has joined out ranks. Her board is set-up and ready for your orders, so be sure to hurry over and place them today!
Blend It!
The newest design game at SDD has been launched! Be sure to check it out, but as a sneak preview I will post the rules here. All the submissions will go up for the polls, and the top three will receive awards. All the submissions will be added to a gallery for the designers to use as textures.
RULES: Every two weeks you will be provided with a set of 5 elements to combine into a background/texture however you see fit. These elements may be images or it may be a theme ie: Christmas, 4th of July etc. You may use any colors, textures, plug-ins to turn the elements into a background as long as the finished background/texture is at least 800x600 in size.
Blinded by Sin?
Aren't we all! Seriously, the new feature that SDD tried for the month of June ended up being a smashing hit! The blind auction that used DS's went over very well, and gave our members another way to spend their hard earned points. Originally the feature was only suppose to run for the month of June, but since it went over so very well it will be making a return some time this fall. Thanks for participating, and keep an eye out for its return.
Let your voice be heard!
We would like to encourage all the members to vote in the weekly polls for your favorite submissions in our design games. Our talented designers compete to see who is best that week, and we need you to judge their efforts. Polls open every Sunday, and run for a week. Please be sure to stop on by each game and cast your vote!
Wanting to Learn to Design?
SDD has a full staff of very talented designers eager to teach their craft to those wishing to learn. "The Art of Sinning" is where a potential student can apply, and a teacher is soon assigned. They will take you from the basics, through some tougher techniques, and up to your final exam. The bell is about to ring, and class will soon be starting, so hurry and sign up before you get detention!.
Need Some Extra Buying Power?
The best way to earn the coveted DS is through participation in the many games here at SDD. For everyone there are many non-designer games that run both daily and weekly. These are the fastest way to earn points, to be used to buy Deadly Sins or avs at "Sinful Steals". Designers can also earn points by participating in our design games that run bi-weekly. Every game has a participation prize, along with greater awards for placing in polled contests. Be sure to head to our "Gluttonous Games" and "Graphical Greed" sections and get in the game!
